Mana.bio is a seed stage venture-backed company, with a vision to leverage AI/ML to unlock non-viral delivery for genetic medicines, including mRNA-based therapeutics, vaccines and gene therapy. The platform is powered by an integration of high-throughput screening wet lab capabilities with machine learning in order to develop drug delivery systems.
The Role
We are searching for an exceptional hands-on biologist / biological engineer to be part of our lab R&D team in developing new LNP based mRNA delivery assays for our state-of-the-art high-throughput robotics pipeline where we plan to do large scale screening of thousands of formulations and molecules a month.
Responsibilities
Design, execute and implement innovative assays
Define new protocols for our high-throughput pipeline
Support the data generation team in building a successful high-throughput robotics pipeline
Requirements
PhD in a Biology/Biotechnology/Medicine or a related area.
At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
Hands-on lab experience in molecular biology, animal cell culture, RNA & CRISPR/CAS9 techniques
Advantages: Experience in a nanotechnology oriented lab, automated liquid handlers, and flow cytometry.
