A Call to Lead Podcast

What’s in the secret sauce of a successful co-founder relationship? When Yogev Debbi and Roy Nevo met at university, they didn’t foresee the 23-year (and still going strong) co-founder relationship that would blossom. Together they founded their first company – Genome Compiler Corp. – which they later sold to Twist Bioscience. They continued working together at Twist and monday.com but felt the itch to start something meaningful and impactful again.

So they built Mana.bio.

But the secret sauce of their partnership comes back to how well they know each other. They defined and agreed Mana’s culture early on, having learned from their past experiences. But a good partnership – with business as in life – is also about knowing how to argue constructively and build towards a common goal. Yogev shares more about his pivotal co-founder relationship with Roy and more on his leadership journey in this week’s episode of A Call To Lead.
